Yeah, one of the rarest items in PSO. On Blue Burst/GC/XB, most drops for it were in the 1/XXXXXX region, from 1/100k upwards. It's notorious for having a 1/299,594 droprate from difficult enemies for some characters.

Definately not the rarest item in PSO, but not far short.

Edit: Psycho Wand looks awesome, I'd use it even if it sucked. The fact it's got incredible stats is a bonus....not that I'll ever find it.

Plus, since I'm probably older than most people here, the Psycho Wand is a reference to the uber Wand weapon waaayyy back in the first 8-Bit Phantasy Star. It didn't look like much then, so I guess ST wanted to retain it's old school look.

And alot of High S-Rank weapons look like older/ancient weapons. (Ex. the 12*Sword, 11* Double Saber, etc.)

Amd the reason ppl want it because it's gives the user %50 stat bonus in something (PP cost?).
