It doesn't make much sense to purely go for the units that drop from bosses since luck doesn't affect it.. although if other rares are on the run, then it makes sense.

However, I would have to go with SW S2 spam till I get about 35 Psycho Wand boards..

Sorry to bump the topic, but I have a question about luck. My experience has been that luck tends to raise the star rarity of items found in the mission. You get more Nanocarbon instead of Nanoresin for instance. That's fine n dandy for most stuff, but what I've been hunting recently is Black Heart. Darbelans' other two special drops are a higher star rarity than Black Heart, which is only a B rank unit. Since Copernia, Olpad, etc are A rank and up, would it be a bad idea to keep hunting Black Heart? Or am I wrong and luck affects actual rarity as well? Copernia may have a higher star rarity than Black Heart, but I've gotten a lot of Copernia and no Black Heart...

To KTani: Luck only affects the drop anything rate not the * rarity. So the Darbelans won't start dropping higher * items more than another but every Darbelan wil probably drop an item instead of only dropping stuff sometimes.
