Both have their uses. Har will increase casting speeds and is especially useful on TECHNICs that you press the button once for, such as basic TECHNICs, Gi TECHNICs, Ra TECHNICs, buffs, debuffs, resta, and reverser.

Sori gives a decent boost to damage at the cost of additional PP usage. It is better for Nos TECHNICs, Dam TECHNICs, and Megiverse.

If you have both, they both shine in different situations and will both be useful. If you can only choose one, I'd take Har / Quick any day for it's versatility.

Coming from any Newman fT I can see why Har would stand out nicely with only -100tp isn't too much and as each level cap raises that number will only seem smaller. I use a Human fT and have been using Sori TECH for a couple of months now and was recently offered a Har-Quick for it. That would be -380tp from what I'm use to for faster cast and 150% pp usage never bothers me as rods and wands have plenty of pp.

Since I've never used any quick units I can't see for myself how much of a difference the DPS would be. And shakowsi I think its more than 100 damage if you count that Dam and Ra techs hit multiple targets for that much more.

Well it depends on what kind of FT you are. If you are a black mage type, stick with Sori. If you do the whole support thing, the Har will improve your effectiveness with those TECHNICs as well.

I've got the support part down kinda. I had a friend help synth and grind cometaracs and granarodocs to replace my majimra's so I don't run dry on resta/reverser with the 150% pp charge. But for those who don't have access to a bunch of cheap k wood I guess that would be another flaw of Sori's side.

well depends if your a Neuman, use Har/quick. lets face it, neumans' can give up -100 Tech & still have the pwnage but faster!

Heck, i'm a Beast Male [WT 10] at lvl 80, and im healing the entire team like 85% HP
