Looking at the unit in the database, I was wondering one thing about it. When it says 'Down Strike PP Usage
Down Firearm PP Usage', does that mean it lowers the amount the skill costs to use or the power of it?

it means that it increases the amount of pp used. like a say something takes 7 it wil use 10 or more instead

But wouldn't 'downs' mean lowers, not raise?

The down arrow means that you execute less PP-based attacks while wearing the unit.

If its anything like my Sori / TECH Charge it will probably raise your attack power a certain % (maybe 200?) at the cost of raising your PP cost by that same %. Either way, sure whoever uses that will have some strong attacks, even if it drains their weapons.

The down arrow indicates a decrease in efficiency. The Hard / Power Charge uses 150% of your normal PP use.
