...wait! Is it saying that the death toll thingy update is only for PC/PS2? What a rip off!

If it's console specific, that is.

Changes to how deaths are treated in Missions (PS2/PC). A significant change that affects how player death affects mission rankings has been made. During free missions and cooperative missions, player deaths will only affect mission ranks when opting to return to the lobby. Players can be revived mid-mission without affecting overall mission rank.
Enemy speeds have been reduced in higher-rank missions (PS2/PC). In high-ranking missions, enemies will now be a bit slower.

PS2/PC only?! WTF!?

Hmmm...I'd hadn't thought about that...I'd think it would be added to 360, too, but I could be wrong.

We didn't we got the AoI beta, and big deal over a few room decorations. This is a major update, and they think it's okay to deny us that for some stupid reason.

Heh, some people are actually worrying!

360 will take longer to apply the changes to, that's all! Here's what Clumsyorchid is saying over on the official forums:

http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewtopic.php?t=37550

The trick is to read the whole thread, in case you're wondering.

I would have been perfectly fine with our platform NOT getting the PC/PS2 changes. Easier mode for the lose.

It's nice to finally see updates after that month of inactivity.

Players across all game servers will find changes to a few missions. Each mission below has been streamlined to include a better play experience by eliminating elements or adding in new functionality. We feel these changes benefit each mission and will bring new gameplay challenges to players.

Balance Changes:
Valley of Carnage
Mine Defense
Tunnel Recapture
The Desert Goliath
Lab Recovery
Demons Above
Moonlight Beast
The Eastern Peril
Forest Infiltration
Additional Mission Refinements
System Defense
Desert Terror

Does that mean no more elemented weapons or something?

I hope that means that every level no longer has worms, and Vandas can't kick hunters' asses anymore.

I never seem to have problem with Vandas and Vahras like all the other HU's I talk to. >.> I use my pop ups and knock downs.

I'll bet the balancing has something to do with the base stats of the enemies. Or is that too obvious?

Using knock-arounds on grunt enemies already means that there's a problem.

Hmp. Apparently the grunts exist to crit. I just never give them the chance. I just sorta figured it was part of the game.

Just because something states it doesn't mean its exactly true.

You shouldn't beleive everything you hear or read, it is sometimes misleading.

I don't have a problem with go varha's, except for an absurdly large hit box, making dodging...difficult.

I *do* have a problem with vanda's. The retreating tactics, high HP and turning damfoie mean they are annoying for hunters to deal with.

Also not a big fan of jellen from worms, and it pretty much only hurts hunters. (rangers don't get hit, and forces don't care). I would not mind the jellen if higher level shifta protected against it.

I'm not a big fan of olaka and ageeta causing poison SE either - again, this is something that makes life harder for hunters. (as if all the flying enemies and uber high HP + enemies wasn't enough).

The game needs this stuff, or it'd be too easy.
That being said, the ele% Calculator of Armours should be toned down a bit >_>

Vanda seem to be the only enemies capable of tactics; I've seen them cover each other with damfoie more often than I care to remember; and I don't just mean when there's a leader around.

You have it confused. The game needs more difficulty, not more cheap moves.
