Since they did seem to seriously request a stop to the teasing or whatever it was, it could technically be on the grounds of harassment if it continued.

But also since they did seem to seriously request it and continue to make a deal out of it after the fact and piling on the guilt and reprimand, it's a little ridiculous, and could just as well be considered counter-harassment if we want to get all up in arms about it.
