reset my GH441?

I've recently been thinking about resetting my partner machine. When I raised it, I wanted it to level really fast into GH440, so I didn't take time to make a pure PM. Also It's highest stat is attack. The problem with that is I use guns more than melee. I can't give an exact class because I switch classes a lot. Now I've been thinking about making it a pure tech PM. I'm already making a pure range PM on my alt (It reached lvl 80 today hurrah!). I haven't used a GH 450 series in battle so I don't know how they are, but GH 441 is amazing for me and she really seems to know how to keep herself alive.

My question is: Are any PMs in the GH450 series good in combat and would it be worth it to reset my GH 441 and make a pure tech PM?
