*ahem* Keep in mind that no matter how badass the Rucar looks, it only regenerates PP at a rate of 2 per 5 seconds..

It might as well not regen at all, for all the good it does.

It has 600+ PP to begin with + second strongest ungrinded ds atp, I doubt that even matters.

You have obviously never used it. It makes a huge difference, especially when half the hits miss due to the 80ata.

On my end, even 600+ PP wasn't enough due to a horrifically low regen rate. I wouldn't want a rucar back unless it was offered for free. <_<;

Rucar is meant for spamming. If you use it sparingly, then what's the point? I'm surprised you're even worried about PP since you're on PS2.

I'm not entirely sure being on PS2 has anything to do with this. But as it stands, the regen rate and terrible ATA make Crea Doubles more useful; the only things the Rucar has going for it is its badass skin and the 600 base PP.

... Obviously what I meant was trying to make one weapon last the entire run. Against a level 100 mob, a rucar is going to last a lot longer than a crea doubles. That's what PP is for, spamming. 2 more PP recharge isn't going make that big of a difference.

Machinegun and twin handguns have horrible ata, that's doesn't stop people from using them. Level 20 bullets doesn't help either.

I take personally offense to that statement. XD My lv21 mechgun bullets do roughly 200-300 dmg a hit on opposite element enemies, and rarely miss (which I'll admit is really odd, but may be due to the bullets acc themselves) so I personally see a use for them. Twin Handguns also hit a good 80% of the time; the only weapon I've seen accurately show its acc stat is the Rucar, and it misses - a lot.

firstly, doublesabers are designed for their regular attack which hits 4 enemies. Rucar seems to be a doublesaber designed for power for PAs specifically. but it's kubara so there's damage reduction there. The best use of rucar is on a large enemy from behind using something like spiral/tornado dance.

Crea doubles is best for running into a large mob, because I swear, crea doubles have a longer ranged than any other doublesaber

seriously. rucar is straight up PA spam. I'd love one personally. I have almost 400 ata on my fighgunner and I generally use my skills from behind enemies...so all it means to me is more time between popping a charge. cg on tha rucar. I've been offering up 50% weapons for a rucar for months and no one has offered me one YET. x.X
