I'm not sure whether to laugh at your ignorance or pity you for still trying to channel so much angst into hoping someone has hacked our version of PSU.

Truth is they were just handed out either randomly or accidentally to some people a week early. You'll have to ask Sonic Team for an official explanation. Everyone is supposed to get Knuckles on the 20th.
