With some Crimson Beast(do people still do that mission?) you'll be up in no time. Well Holy Grounds, that other mission no one does but has the cool neon glow and purple animals.

Raffon is a lvl 75+ hang out.

Other place would be Lakeshore.... i havent been there for awhile though
