Which PM Have S rank Weapons?

442 and 451 as far as I know.

Of the PM's we currently have available:
GH-442 (Uses Hirokteri, the 10* Yohmei Bow)
GH-451 (Uses Halarod, the 10* Yohmei Rod)

The Japanese server got more PM devices recently, which we'll eventually get. Many of those use S-Ranks.

From what I've seen so far:
GH-413 has a Halp Serafi (10* Kubara Dagger)
GH-414 has a Sweet Death (10* GRM Double Saber)
GH-433 has a Meteor Cannon (10* GRM Laser) AND Battlestopper (12* GRM Twin Handguns)
GH-434 uses a Killer Elite (12* GRM Rifle)

That's all I've seen so far, there's probably a few more that I haven't seen images of yet.

443 uses a Laser Cannon (7*) with Dark Prism, and a Thunder Cannon (9*) with Plasma Prism. At least, that's what colour the 'photon' was on the guns, so its an assumption.

444 uses a Laser Cannon (7*) with Dark Prism, and what appears to be a Gur Nedac (the 8* Kubara Grenade). I say that because there's no markings on it. It appears to use Boma Riga with it.
