Olga Flow is making me mad...

Okay, I'm already Lv.35 Offline and I still can't even beat Olga Flow on Normal (Offline). I can easily take away the damage needed, as I have a maxed out DB'S SABER (Which on Normal Mode is pretty nifty) and a Lv.200 Mag. But...that one stupid attack of his always kills me instantly. Now, I've already done the whole Scape Doll deal and I went through 3 of those in one fight and then basically gave up. I leveled up some went back, still couldn't survive.

So basically, I ask this -- is there a way to cancel that instant kill or high HP damaging attack of his? (I think a beam of light strikes down at you, or a big explosion happens -- I'm not sure.) That, or what level would you recommend me fighting him at? I'm Lv.35 Offline trying to beat him on Normal Mode and I'm a HUnewearl.

That or, how much HP do you recommend?

Try taking out the claw-like things floating around Olga Flow with a gun.. they'll darken on the radar and stop moving then.. they act as lightning rods of sorts.. =P Should help.. then just learn to run like hell when he starts that attack.. then resume when he's done... mechguns work nicely. =P

just use a gun for the entire second form one of his attacks does more dmg the closer you are to the middle of it like the gryphons stomp so basically keep your distance and hit with a gun

He gives plenty of warning he's about to do his one hit kill attack when he raises his sword and screams move as far away from him as possible.

You do'n't need a gun to do it... I did it with a Booma's Claw +10, both phases. Of course, I was level 43. But my MAG was only like level 80. Just kill the little deals floating around him. Doing so reduces his attack strength, and the one-hitter wo'n't be a one-hitter.

Hehe, but okay, so I get the point...sort of. I'll try out the whole gun idea, then afterwards I'll just try to run away when I see him raise his sword. Thing is -- I've never seen him raise his sword, I usually just die out of nowhere. >.< So...! After the whole run away idea, if it doesn't work, I'll just try killing the worm guys around him.

...sound good, yes? It's not fair -- I'm already on V-Hard Mines now and I STILL get killed by that stupid attack on Normal Olga Flow. <.<

Man, I've been having this same problem...

It's driving me nuts! It seems like no matter where I go, I get beat down every time...

And I shot those stupid worm things until they went black and it seemed like the instant that he brought one of them back to life, he used that one hit kill thing.

Is it always one hit kill, or does it do a certain amount of damage?

It's just like Gal Gryphon's move...if you're too close, you're SCREWED. So learn what the animation for it is...and RUN. And uh...yeah.

ok it isnt realy a one hit kill like in hard that attack does about 500 damage so like mabey u guys are to weak or you cold have read my first post....

Wow! Luckily I only died once. I used Varista the whole time running back and forth through his legs. When he'd go to do an attack I'd just run away. But I discovered something quite nifty when he did his heavy hitting attack I simply healed right as it hit me taking no damage. I got this off twice, has anyone else been able to do this?
