from looking hard and long at this list this is the drop list i could get from the bonus missions that have %500 drop increase! WOOT!
please let me know if there's anything missing

these are from A rank which are lvl 100 monsters.

Hum, Agito is the only sword that I want (Not because it's a famous weapon that I love, or a huge katana. Just because all the other swords suck), so that may be good news. Still, will it be worth hunting an item as rare as this when I have other choices of hunting?

The 4th rare board dropped by the Deljabans in the first mission is the [B] Crea Doubles.
The "flying bird thing" is called a Jusnagun, which is irrelevant, because according to that page, it's the Dilnazen that drops the 10* Twin Dagger board.
10* Twin Dagger is Gizaha-Zashi.
The "miniboss" is a Carriguine.
He drops the Carriguine Rucar board, [B] Carriguic.
10* Spear is the Mugunruk.

It's actually only an area drop. Sure, Deljabans can drop it, but so can any other enemy level 50 or higher in any Linear Line area.

during the famistu cup there were special missions. they had a new one every week. week 1 parum week 2 nudaiz week 3 moatoob, and week 4 leanier line.

if u were to S rank one of the missions u would be taken to a menu that lets u select 1 of 3 EX missions. In those mission there is jsut an endless wave of monsters and u get a certain amount of time to fight them. the monsters all have 25% LESS stats and there is a %500 drop increase on all rares in those missions.

After reading and re-reading the japanese updates and info pages i have came to a specualtion of the release date of this cup in the US/UK versions!

The Japanese had an update of the rest of the nudaiz S2's and Desert GOliath S2 and a new story mission, then another update of the last 3 parum S2's.

on friday we are getting the same update with the nudaiz S2's, and the only other S2's besides HIVE is the parum ones. The Famistu cup is 5 weeks long. If we dont get it then we will be only about 3-5 weeks behind the japanese than, rather than 2- 2.5 months and the release date on the expansion would make no sense unless they gave use really small updates after that http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

So keeping on thier schedule they would have to give us something to occupy that 5 week period, if not famistu then just 5 weeks of no updates http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif Alos, if they keep their schedule of an update every other week we should get parum S2's on august 10th (same day thier removing nudaiz light festival stuff so that makes sense) then 2 weeks after that would be the Famistu(EGM?) cup!

umm i dont think so, i think the only other info i can give u on it is that, u have 3 min, and the more monsters u kill in those 3 min the better the rares.

so if u kill 2 waves of monsters your rares will go from many kerselines to many vestalines, then from many vestalines to many vulcalines and so on and so on.

i cannot find that info anymore because i can no longer translate the whole page anymore for some reason.....

i do know that if u find rappys or jaos they will have a high chance of their PP units dropping, and i do recall people finding lots of Me / quicks

also the site had info on boss boxes for the EX missions.... if anyone who played it can confirm if these "boss boxes" then i can tell u that they have full weapons and weapon boards in it like the 9* wand at 10* axe in the HIVE ones for instance

You really need a grasp on how supply-and-demand works. 30mil isn't even THAT much for the more intelligent PS2/PC players.

But here's the problem:

360 10* = I'd average out to 2-5mil, somebody correct me if needed
PS2/PC 10* = 30-40mil

Now, think of it this way. The average 360 player and PS2/PC player probably all have enough money, on average, to afford one S rank on their respective server. BUT NOW, imagine how much harder it is for a PS2/PC player to make enough money to buy another S rank than it is for a 360 player to buy another S rank.

NOW take into account the 3 times larger community on the 360 than the PS2/PC. You think S ranks are EASY to find because you see them all for trade. You see so many BECAUSE of your bigger population. Have you actually RUN for an S rank? If you have and found one in less than 50, maybe 100 runs, you were lucky.

Pretty much every 10* weapon, three STA units (+2, +4, +6 STA), three HP Recovery units (Lv 1, 2, 3 recovery) are the main things of interest. There's also Tero / Hit (same level as Mega / Knight but pure hit) and the All PP Save unit which kinda sucks.

Straying from the topic... yes, from what I hear, all 10*s drop from the planet their manufacturer resides. This brings up a question, what drops from Linear Line boxes? Del Jagnuses and other kubara-specifics?

I have a nice little tip if all you want is Skela, but it requires map manipulation. First, find the map that starts with a base, and you should fight five rats. If a sixth one spawns, that means that an aligator thing will spawn next. If not, that means that either two Vandas or two pigs will spawn.
If you get the pigs to spawn, that means you're on a map that will spawn a total of 16 pigs on B1, with the only other monsters being rats. It should take about 20 minutes to solo as a fF.

Using this, I found three skela boards, averaging one every two days with 3* luck.


Now, I see that I'll be able to find a Mugunruk and Fuka without too much trouble (Besides the fact that I have to fight two really difficult enemies to get them). And you said that I can get other S ranks via box drops on the weapon's respective areas? Meaning, if I hunt for a Mugunruk, I have the chance of finding a Dedda in a box? Or if I hunt for Sweet Death, I have a chance of finding a Huge Cutter?

I see no reason for Dedda (and Huge Cutter) to be rarer than the other weapons. It's simply a weapon, same as the others, with just as big a boost.
Regardless, Huge Cutter and Dedda are my least wanted S ranks (though I'd love to stop using the A rank axe design), so it shouldn't be too big a deal. I just hope my palette doesn't become off balance.

S ranks were never a measurment of skill or even dedication to the game, but raw luck. even My Hirokuteri, while I'm happy i have it, I'm not "proud" because I was lucky when it dropped, and i was lucky when the synth succeeded. so I'm in total support of this event. everyone deserves to get these weapons. and everyone deserves retribution after hunting some of this stuff for months with no luck.

My understanding of ex boss box drops are like other boss box drops like at the end of Rainbow Beast for example. But the difference is they can get better the more monsters you kill in the time limit. Not 100% about the last thing though.

Ex missions are set up into 3 waves, 80 monsters total.

You kill 30-40 enemies and you get 8 boxes. First wave boxes are stuff like ebon/walna, resin/polimer

You kill 70 total or so and you get 8 more boxes. These boxes really suck, shit like patonite, cladorian, idoral etc

You kill the last 10(usually only the stronger monster of the 2 you are fighting will spawn now, and the last few will be buffed) and you get the 8 boss boxes and the mission ends. Each box has one rare drop, As an example, if you clear the Colony mission on A, you can get Muzzlefever from the top left box only, Top right has a chance for one of the units etc. You can also get crap like scape dolls/photon charger/agtaride etc. Actually you're more likely to get that crap...

As for rares plummeting in price...if it comes from a "large" enemy like Jarba, Bil de Bear etc, their s-rank will drop like crazy and the price will fall hard. The drops from "medium" enemies like Ol Gohmon are still pretty rare, in 120 neudaiz EX runs I only saw 3 uranusara. The boss box rares don't drop at a good enough rate to lower the price by much.

Most of the regular missions are faster boss killing then their counterparts as well, though there still won't be many 11* cause the drop rate on them is bullshit.

Seriously, I remember reading that they messed up something small on the JP server, so to resolve the issue the JP players got an extra week of 3* luck. We are never compensated for missing out on anything, and we all pay for this service just like the JP players. If we do not get this event, it shows an unmistakable bias towards a certain group of customers, and Im not sure I would want to continue giving a company ran in that fashion any more of my money.

yea they were supposed to get 2 weeks of gold luck, and one of the maintenances took about a whole day so they doubled it to 4 weeks! our 360 servers had been getting cut off randomly, and i know our universes dissapear everyonce in a while, sam for PC your servers die and cut everyone off sometimes, and that one power-outage in san fransisco, they didnt do anything for that they jsut said sorry please hold. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Me/quick dropped from the boss boxes of C-rank Neudaiz EX (all 3 EX missions). As a GT or a fG, you could pretty easily do EX 1 (gohmon and ageeta)with a leveled up fire crossbow. All 10*s drop, but not all of them will become extremely common. A lot of 11*s drop aswell because theres bosses aswell. The ones from the monsters will drop the most. Not everyone can easily make it to the end boxes on S-rank. And even when you do, you don't always get S-ranks from it. I mean, you'll get mostly A-rank to S-rank synth mats from the boxes (even on C-rank you'll get a ton of A-rank and S-rank synth mats)

I asked before, but i didn't get an answer...so maybe someone can shed some light:

Gaos drop both the boards and the mats for their weapon...as is the natural order of things...same with vahra...

however I have not seen nor has it been reported that bil de vears drop their part while we know the board is in abundance.

is it just a rare drop on the EX missions, or did they actually "turn that titem off" in the ex drop list? perhaps it doesn't drop on A? I'm not sure, but with carriguines coming up in a week...we'll be swimming in boards with no blades to use to synth them..hence my concern.

any insight would be appriciated
