question about Psu drops

I know this is stupid, and I have been here long enough to know whats what. But for the sake of a friend who is a little worst for wear at the moment. I have to ask if any of the drops for psu have been changed or removed since firebreak besides all the rare weapons and armor units. The item in particular that I am asking about is the Jao Delma, everyone claims that it doesnt drop and I personally havent been looking but if anyone has any information on it that would be most appreciated, thank you

Crimson Beast is the best map to find Jao

Jao Delma (derma) didn't drop from the rare Jaggos but it drops from regular Jaggos. I got 3 Dermas a few days ago in System Defense.
