need program to translate

Does anyone know of a good program i can download for free so I can read the Jp Phantasy Star website?

I just use the translate function on my google toolbar. works really well but don't know any specific programs for translating japanese XD

There really isn't any need for a client-side program. There are plenty of web-based tools available:

Bear in mind, of course, that these are machine translators and will basically just straight up look up the words in a Japanese-English dictionary. It's still up to you to try and decipher any meaning.

The following page usually gives better results than Google or Altavista:

The only trick is that you have to pick the "Japanese to English" option. It is the second option in the left-most column on step 2 for both forms.
