The official US site posted their version of the fansite kit just now. The download can be found after a click or two, after wading through a bunch of lawyer-speak.
As for the kit itself, no surprises to be had here. It's essentially identical to the Japanese one, except it's missing a few of the Japanese banners that referenced PSU Mobile and one that had quite a bit of Japanese text on it to begin with. There's an English copyright text doc. You'll find exactly the same character images, logos, and font files as the Japanese kit.
