well if a gs comes out for the game cube am i gunna be stalked by some guy who thinks its funny to pk short humars?

hopefuly not, PK sucked, sure i was guilty of dupin and hacking weapons, But i never got into pking ppl just cause i thought that was lame to do... any way i hear the game shark is going to be hardwear that plugs in where the modeum plugs in so ppl wont be able to use the gs online and if i rember in order to pk you had to have it on when you played, to get your banned items out of the bank.

You never had to have codes on when you pked. You just moddedd your stats offline and then came online...

still, hopefully no pk this time

Unfortunately, PK is still possible. I highly doubt it can be fixed. However, PKing is lame in version 3. There is no demoralization factor at all, because you don't drop your weapon.

NOL, however, was fixed for good.

Even when the AR comes out, who will supply the lamers with codes? I heard Bar is not going to release codes to the public this time, nor is CMGSCCC.

Player Killing, in PSO essentially meaning, someone comes up to you, casts a modified technique, and kills your character.

PKing is actually back. I've been PKed twice thus far. Same guy though. SSj4 Fajita, was his name. A HUmar. Not sure how the hell he did it, but I was in the first room in Forest 1, showing an item for trade, when I got whacked. He laughed and said, "I GOT U! LOL!!", revived me, and did it again. It's not all at once though, it's small amounts, like 150-200 or so, till death. He was casting Resta.

That's not that bad. If that's as severe as PKing gets, I can live with that.

He was also level 1. Heh. So if he were to be, say, a FOnewarl, it'd be doing a much greater amount of damage. =/

Yeah, definitely. I imagine he used a Mind Mag or Mind amplifiers to get a higher level of Resta under his belt, and then went to town.

Well, it's a shame PKing is coming back, then. I'm glad it's not widespread as of yet. I hope that, however it's being done, SonicTeam finds a way to fix it. If they don't, at least this is only in-game PKing, and not character deleting. That's when I'd really be bothered.

Cheat devices weren't made possible by cheat devices, they were made possible by in game glitches.

ok.... i was in this room and there was 2 guys and in the same clan and talking about cking (i know what that is) with anti......so if any one knows about this tell me because in dc some douche's did it to me and its a death came a walkin to there door with gs......

Pk'ing can come back, so what. There is nothing more terrifying than CK. When your character REALLY is dead. That's what you don't want to come back.

I have an AR (action replay) and it plugs into memory slot B. Thank goodness there are no codes for PSO though because they COULD be used, even online, if they DID come out. I am sure that ST is working VERY hard with Datel and others to make sure codes NEVER get released for it, but they are most likely just delaying the inevitable. I hope I get my fun out of this game before then because when that time comes it will be good bye hunter's license!

NOL: when someone with a CD changes your character into something it's not, they change your character down to the name to a Non play able character the first ones to be NOLed ended up being just that.
NOL from one of the offline quest your character is reverted to lvl 5 (same as nol) or if over lvl 100, 155 (nol in ult mode)
also you will lose all your stats items mats etc etc i think even your bank was effected.
as time pasted on people could NOL you into differnt character

Wow. I had PSO for the DC but i never got online with it. B/c it was used. So i never heard of all of the terms and Stuff like PKing. Im starting to get kindsa scared here.
