First you must insert the picture in your PM then when you got all the materials for it you synthasize it. Depending on the pixel size it should take about 78 hours to finish and then stick it in your sig. ^_^

Alright dude, I'll give you a REAL answer.

First, your sig can be no larger than 180 height x600 length (pixels.) Then, it has to be 35000 bytes or less.

Once you have the image you want, you need to have an account at some place like Photobucket.com (http://www.photobucket.com) .

Once you have the account, simply upload your picture to photobucket, get the data from under the picture and paste that into your signature here on PSOW.

Remember, you have to go to "Edit Profile" part of your Account in order to edit your Signature.

I don't understand your first question.

And the second one, you do mean to get online no PSU correct? You have to purchase a Sega ID from Phantasy Star Universe.com (http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com) (note: buying one takes $9.99 a month or a 6 month subscription).
