Is it possible to get this item yet. Its in the database but it doesnt say where it drops. If its not on the US servers, does anyone know when we get it.

According to Sounomi's data (http://psu.amesani.org/project/item/availgears.php?full), it is only available on the JP servers at this time. Unfortunately, I don't know when we'll get it.

Its one of those units found in the Famitsu Cup missions. Not worth it if you ask me, 90% pp usage for skills and bullets but -50 atp and -25 ata.
