The 10* standard twin dagger (the Yohmei one) drops from Dilnazen in HIVE S2. The Daggers of Serafi I have HEARD drop from 120+ Easter Rappies.

11*s are at this point Boss Drops exclusively (outside of the Kubara knockoffs), thus they do not follow a pattern of any kind.

They drop from Easter Rappies as already mentioned. Quite a few people got the drop and successfully sythned them.

daggers of serafi are the twin serafi daggers, gutsgo, you're refering to the halp serafi, the single dagger.

Considering that lv 80+ Rappy Noels didn't exist last Christmas on any version and thus no version has Dagger of Serafi, I don't see how you can be so positive on this.

Just because the Rappy Paska dropped the Halp Serafi at that level doesn't mean anything for this. The drops from event rare enemies are hardly consistent and there's no proof that things will even stay the same the next time around and that these are just a first chance to get things before a permanent means of obtaining them is put in. You can see this with some of the drops already. The Puyoment Aura from the Jaggo Sonichis will likely be a casino prize in AoI since it was in the beta.

The Neol Rappies ( lower than level 80 ) Dropped Seraphi Feathers for one.

Rappy Amure dropped Serafi Feathers too, it doesn't mean anything.

Yeah, Amure and Noel dropped the feather at a specific level range. Paska dropped it for all levels. See the lack of consistancy?

And I forgot Rabol Rappy, which not only was a casino prize but also showed up as a trade in prize in the fami cup. Because it comes from it doesn't mean it'll be the only way to get it. Down the road, some other way to get the Halp Serafi will probably emerge along with any of these other items.
