eh, since we're dealing with a picture here and nothing else, I say screw any background story to it. pictures are purely shallow and have no real fealing behind those drawn eyes. if it looks to young, then it looks to young, end of story. at least in my book anyways.

well, since you can't tell the breast size due to the teddy bear (plus there are plenty of flat woman,) you can really only judge on the face, which is full of innocence and has big eyes, usually a trait of children as well. she's wearing a seifuku outfit, so she that doesn't help either, makes it look like she's in highschool at best.

when I say that, i mean the character itself. not the artists feelings. as in, the character is wholly fictional, and does not have a mind of it own worth juding. I didn't mean the absence of feeling that an artist puts into a peice of work or the feeling the picture is supposed to convey. I made a bad choice of wording.

this is a much much smaller version of one of Shirow Masamunes (the original artist) poster works of Motoko Kusanagi. Granted, that was just some artwork he did on her, even in the manga she doesn't look like that. Though the show (SAC universe), manga, and movie kusanagi all look very diffrent.
