Yes, and it's also the player's right to choose less challenging missions as a break from high-level missions.

I agree with your problem with them saying 30+ only. New players got a bad now, no need to shut them out, and I've seen some 80s fuck up in that mission too(atleast in B runs). Today's updat right now is a blessing since you don't need to be 75+.
