Basically, no. And I hope we don't.. I'm happy with the fact that newmen are more or less the same between PSO and PSU (a few little stat tweaks to get them more influenced towards techs. But then again, HUnewearls made good techers too back on GC.)

Supposedly it's an extremely rare area drop in Holy Grounds S13!!! And when you synth it on a 100 range PM it's success rate is only 10%!

I have the relic gun, and I'm gonna try to post some screens of it soon. Man, the thing is so awesome. It can kill Dulk Fakis in one hit, and it can even cancel out his uber huge meteor attack.

The Relic Gun drops in Sleeping Warriors S2.
Each 100 times you get the Orgdus map instead you get a rare rare rare monster called Lolidus. It has a 1/2 Droprate and only 10% success rate on a pure ranged PM.
Oh, there is a shota version too but I forgot it's name..

Seriously, Nei lvled up like at like 3x the pace of everyone else - and Rika was like a cross between Wolverine and a walking Dimate dispenser. Plus Rika had special attacks compairable to Photon Arts which made her even MORE powerful. Also, they were lethal at only one year of age.

Then again... classic Numans were monsters, literally.
