In the AoI beta, missions did start at the Pavilion of Wind. It was the Altersugoug missions in the temples, though Saguraki might be through there as well.

Yeah, Saguraki was accessed from one of the mission counters in the upper level of the Pavilion of Air.

Kind of. If I remember correctly, when you took the mission through the Pavilion of Air, the end took you to a mid-point lobby (Pavilion: Upper Level) with those cool waterfalls coming down from the ceiling and walls and such. From there, you were able able to either go to the mission with Alteratsu Goug at the end (which took you to the Mt. Ohtoku lobby) or one that took you to Saguraki C.D. That counter did not have any missions available, however; it only showed the destination on the map.

There was a couple missions in story mode you had to go there to access.There werent any free missions but a couple temple missions you went in there and one of the mission took place in there.

It does look similar to Groves, but the color changes and overall feel to the area is much, much nicer. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
