...............Hey, I like that show.

I watch both shows. I know that if I was lost in the wild somewhere, I will be prepared for most anything. Being in scouts just ups my abilities. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

Hell yeah it is! Hiking, camping, spelunking, any other sort of camping. I do that sort of stuff once in a while.

His I'm Bear Grylls and I bring a camera crew along with me!
Unlike Les Stroud who is a cowboy, he films everything himself!

Instead, Bear Grylls just shows you the worst case scenario OF the worst case scenario AND shows you how not to die.

Wonderful what you can do with all the extra energy you save from NOT lugging camera gear in the WILD huh?

EDIT: Wonderful grammar on my part.

I thought it was funny when he jumped into a freezing lake because he was going to show the people at home how to get out. Same for the quicksand.

True. I rely on Bear more than Les. But I do listen and take to heart knowledge from both.

I go on campouts at least once per year. Usually more, but not much lately.
