A ranked ranged boards

I was just wondering if ne1 knew where i can find a rank ranged boards in missions becuz i dont like spending a bunch of money at the npcs...thanks

somewhere in desert goliath S2 my dad found a phantom board.... if that helps....

also koltavas drop evil twins and shagreeces drop phantoms
