since getting this game,and the announce of it's expansion,Ive been told...

that fighgunners will be the only people to have whips
fighgunners will get A rank axes
fortefighters will get A rank doublesabers
'transers will get A rank wands
I am probably notorioius on this board for being the only doosh that beleived the whole "9* weaps being in the NPC shop" deal
newmans will be able to summon something as their special
loads other shit.my memory is raked atm.

but if you've noticed,none of the above have come true.

I think I know where people came up with the newmans getting to summon something though...nosdiga's description is that it summons serpents to attack yadda yadda....that's just beckoning to have some rumors surround it.

other than that,people are just being scandalously talkative and imaginative.don't beleive a word you hear.

Hey, instead of being dicks to him? Why not answer his question? My God people. Is this what the forum has come down to?
For your questions, no, there will not be acrogunners or nunchuks as weapons. There will still be asholes on this forum though that won't answer a simple question

Don't listen to anyone other than like 4 or 5 people that post on these forums because just about everyone else makes up info or has no direct knowledge or experience or information from a reliable source. I'm not saying noone else has correct information, but other than the few people here that translate/import or actually follow a scientific approach to coming up with info, everyone elses' info should be taken with a grain of salt or in a wouldn't it be nice sense...

Oh let's go with itsuki who brought you coverage of AoI Beta, EspioKaos who translatesjsut about every piece of information from the JP game mags and website, Sounomi who collects data better than just about anyone else, and a few others that i can't remember their names

JAFO...Dunno, prolly not, but name never sticks in my head so he may be one of the translator people.
Durakken...while i do import and often provide info based on good research i often come up with cooky ideas, which i usually say are most likely wrong, that may be misinterpreted as factual to some.
Obsidian_Knight...never listen to this person...
Natewifi...Sometimes provides good info, sometimes provides bad info... i'd say it's pretty much a crapshoot with whether his info is correct or not most of the time...
Sychosis...while I don't very much like him i'm gonna say that he is reliable but to my knowledge does not have source of info other than the PSU US game and this site...so anything that is coming in the future is prolly not the best source of valid info, though his info is prolly most correct.

Itsuki has a skewed "Pro-Japanese" look at the game; his info may be good (I believe he did say to expect an s rank drop once every 15 missions, though....lol!)but the delivery is crap..."NA players will have a hard time with the last two FB missions because they require teamwork..." and such.

I'll agree with you on Espio and Sounomi, and add in Lyrise (though with the same Japanese skew as Itsuki).

PS, don't listen to Dikky. His list is crap. JAFO is a complete idiot, elitist asshole. I've run missions with that guy before. Talk about sucky....

And to answer the original question of this thread, newmans have a chance of getting photon helicopters at level 20. A chance as in 10^-38467109%, but hell a chance none the less. You kind of have to wait for the actual game to get anything definate.

wait, I am on the 360 server!! well then, its true, dont believe a word we say. I was telling people that after you kill a monster, if you hold the triggers down together at the right time, the monster will join you and kill other monsters..... that rumor never stuck though....
