i tried to find a video or clip of it, for about a good 15-20 mins to, but no luck. Well, except for a picture of the couple kissing, but they are on the ground without hooks. The episode is 303 though, at least that's what the episode guide says

it's actually not that gruesome at all. it's not a full body shot, close up as they kiss, you can see the hooks in the back though. Not sure how i missed it.
