As I deem most posts (and their posters) unworthy of my attention, I will do my utmost to ignore them unless called upon by a higher power to issue cryptic, haughty, or ironic remarks (typically lacking those signs or phrases which facilitate distinction between serious business and light banter). A few needed jobs I can think of at this moment:

Hunter. We could use some exotic meats every once in a while, who DOESN'T enjoy the occasional jackalope burger?

Weapons and Technology Development. There's always some tuff-guy rebel group who tries to overthrow the tyranny, and we're going to need to stab them with SOMETHING.

Royal Guard, and a general Army. We'll need people who will serve to fight and die for the greatness that is FKL. As a likely target, I wouldn't mind my own personal guard. A warning, if we can't get any army up, I'll need to draft regular FKL citizens by randomly drawing a month and forcing all whose join dates are in that month to take up arms.

Medic. FKL is violent. We need someone to make the violence bearable. This...this is pretty self explanatory.

a druid is a sage of sorts that has a bond with nature and at higher levels can control/summon animals, including bears. the sheer irony in this though is you speak of bears being nuetral, when in D&D druids must also have some sort of nuetral alignment.

Chrono Trigger? TERRIBLE?! With that statement, you have made a mortal enemy. For five minutes or so.

Actually, I just don't have the resources to play many games. The last time I got a game was last year for my birthday. Mario Kart DS was good, but not good enough to play for a whole GOD-damned year. Although druids may be common, I just never had the chance to play a massive amount of great games.

#2: BECOME A PIRATE ALONG WITH US.

#3: KILL THE PIRATES AND JOIN NINJAS.

The pirates are good at what they do: pirating. Sometimes, their piracy leads to the authorities attempting to track them down. However, their pirating abilities allow them to escape the long arm of the law, making them even better pirates than they already are.

Piracy, huzzah!

Chances are, you won't be able to find it for the console. At least, not cheaply. I've seen that game go for $60 - $70 almost every time it went on eBay (that I know of).

Job for me?

Well, as Sord pointed out in the Pub, I started a couple of hte Weapon's Vault threads, so can I be a weapons dealer, or maybe arms supplier for the army (we have one, right?)

Sord
Aug 2, 2007, 06:43 PM
we're actually debating how we are going to form the army still. Militias sound nice, but are technically weak. Gun wielding bears were suggested, but the bastards are all nuetral and we have no supply http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

right now weapons are just for A) putting down rebels and B) Militiary arms/armor stockpile

Tystys
Aug 2, 2007, 06:44 PM
We will have an army of Gun toting bears soon. They're training is going under-way, and they are coming along very well.

Should I open a new weapon's vault? Or is the old one enough?

Tystys

It depends. If the old one has top of the line equipment, I'd suggest you re-open it.

Weeaboolits
Aug 2, 2007, 06:49 PM
I can contribute some Puyo, some of them are actually pretty tough.

Sgt_Shligger
Aug 2, 2007, 06:50 PM
Alrighty, I'll open a new one. Some of the equipment is dated, and it's rather limited.

Sord
Aug 2, 2007, 06:51 PM
I'd say keep the old one, and add anything new to it via edit. that way, you can give the link, but it can't be bumped and spammed without breaking the rules. and since I have said this, someone doing so could be seen an act against the rules on purpose, and possably get a warning.

Tystys
Aug 2, 2007, 06:52 PM
Let's not completely throw away the old one. We could boil them down, and use the materials that we get from them to create new weapons.

Sgt_Shligger
Aug 2, 2007, 06:54 PM
The old one had some flaws in it though, plus, not everything was a weapon, it contained documents on moves that probably aren't doable with proper training. So, I'd rather make a new one >_>;

We could keep the old one as back up though, in case we lose this new one.

Sord
Aug 2, 2007, 08:56 PM
I got bored and made some armor >_>

Synthetic armor
Made from the latest synthesized materials whose chemical names are to long to even be comprehended, this armor is light weight and offers great protection. A shot gun at point black range can be taken, and the sponginess of the suits structure will absorb nearly all force, leaving a soldier hardly effected. It will feel as if a light breeze was blowing at him. The armor is approximately ½ inch thick, and can be sewn into existing armor and clothing. The sponginess also allows for flexabiltiy in the joints, unlike the stiff armor that makes them restrictive or no movable at all. This can, unfortunately, still be pierced by special bullets, but it is unlikely the enemy as such advanced technology. Wearers are still liable to be lit on fire.

Helmet
The shape is akin to a motorcycle helmet, but with a larger visor to allow full view. The helmet itself is made of a thick synthetic material, but much heavier and sturdier than the synthetic armor. The visor is made of a shatterproof Plexiglas, commonly found in armored vehicles, it will resist even a hit from a sniper gun. Inside the helmet is a holo-projector that puts an image on the screen using various sensors. This includes distance and size of target readouts, as well as projecting a infrared image or night vision when needed. The projected image can not be read from outside the visor. The helmet also has a jammer function as well, but should be used when alone and for stealth. Otherwise it may interfere with nearby soldier helmets. The helmet also features a warning for people with power levels OVER 9000!!!

Boots
These steel toed boots have been modified to allow for the latest integration of Heelys Shoes technology. The sole can give way to rugged wheels powered by small boosters at the back of the foot. While the initial learning curve may be steep, the skilled user can dash at speeds far exceeding the worlds best sprinter. These speeds are only recommended for skilled users, as tripping could result in injury or hilarious laughter from others. Speeds must be preset to the user for his comfort level, as he may only turn the wheels on and off. The fuel is a slow burn, high density, clean burning synthetic oil, allowing for several days straight use. The nozzles that lead out of the shoe have been equipped with back-flow control, so that no water or other substance may enter the shoe through the nozzle.

The armor... I like it, but I don't think the FKL army members will wear it. . . Or at least the ones that don't exist until we percieve them. So it's the generic soldier guy armor, the disposable ones. We'll have those, right?

DLShAdOw

OK Dizzy I decided to make up a revolver for you. It's the worlds first 32-shooter.
So Imagine you have this revolver:

http://www.randymays.com/sw460.jpg

Except it is 10 times bigger (also imagine you have immaculate arm strength)
So basically you have a huge revolver that holds 32 bullets instead of 6. so you can shoot more people with it...and you have two of them, dual wielding FTW!

*SPECIAL OPTION - Gunblade* I'm sorry to say that this special option costs some @'s though I'm not sure how many >_>

Basically the gun is the same, except now it has a fucking sword on it ala FF8

http://www.phantomcastle.it/phantom/varie_file/ffantasy_file/GUNBLADE.jpg

*SPECIAL OPTION - Tooth implant, wireless detonation*

With this option your revolver is secretly packed with explosives and when you twist your back left tooth in a certain manner, the gun explodes sending shrapnel and bullets everywhere! Useful for situations that seem hopeless!

*SPECIAL OPTION - Shield Deployment cartridges* load your revolver with these cartridges that take up 30 of the 32 chambers (leaving you 2 bullet just in case) deploys a solar powered shield is 6 inches thick and shoots a piercing sound at your enemies...(don't ask me how they fit it all in there)

so depending on the funds Scrub is willing to devote to weapons you can get these guns which are 150@ each and however many options which are 200, 300, and 250@, respectively.

Sgt_Shligger
Aug 2, 2007, 11:18 PM
