The knock down/stun effect is a Bullet PA

And we won't be getting it mmmm maybe til AOI <.<

itll prob get annoying and be used like an anti-mobbed repellent...but the cool thing is they're not sent flying actually..they get knocked down..HMMMMM Ive been waiting for this PA for quite some time -_-;.But before i will touch it,i must touch a rikauteri first xD. Or an S bow :/..that's just me ^_^...

annoying? try for most overly used but actually semi useful ult bullet PA that will ever go down in recorded PSU history. using a bow to stun lock a jarba? theres gotta be a catch.

this is either going to cost as muuch as killer shot to use, have a slower rate of fire have 0 range, or a combination of these things...but I wants it anyway
