A, B, and C grinders

I was wondering when grinding a C rank weapon would a grinder B+1 and A+1 be equal to a C+1. I guess im asking would there be a benifit from grinding a C rank weapon with a B or A rank grinder?

you can only use grinders of the same rank as the weapon iirc

You can use higher ones but they DO function as a C+whatever as far as I know.

Some do increase the success chances but not by much if using a grinder only 1 rank higher. Like using an A grinder on a B weapon will increase the success higher than some b grinders of the same +. Its not an increase straight across the board though.
