The Government's stance on the DTPA.

Perhaps even older than the entirety of The Government, the Death to Pants Association is one of the keystones of the Fresh Kills Landfill. I am sure that only good can come from their great, pants-scouring endeavors. Because of this, I, the Dictator of FKL, welcome them back with open, loving arms. May their stay in these Fresh Kills never end.

Also, let it be known that every Friday shall be Free Pizza Day for all members of the DTPA, sponsored fully by the Fresh Kills Landfill government.

1. the majority of pants are not kevlar
2. kevlar is for wimps, Zangief doesn't need kevlar
