Why the hell doesn't PSU support widescreen? PC that is.

Actually, yea. Why the fuck does 360 have it, but PC doesn't? It makes no sense. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

Sega, you so silly.

Maybe because (not to be rude)
1) Budget
2) Not everyone has widescreen monitors?

Those are possibilities... Plus the PS2/PC version came out first before the xbox 360 version so chances could be that they added it AFTER the PS2/PC version came out. However you counter that they could just release a patch for PC only to enable widescreen support.

But ya, it sucks. At max resolution I have to stretch the window to 3x it's size to be able to play.

The only reason the Xbox 360 version has it, is because Microsoft mandates that all Xbox 360 games have widescreen 16:9 support.

Otherwise, I can guarantee you, that Sonic Team wouldn't have bothered putting it into the game.

Yep, the whole "high def generation" wouldn't have sold too well if you have games in 4:3.

It's still anal that PC doesn't support widescreen. Sure, you can use the arguement that not everyone has widescreen monitors. So what? With that logic, you could say that no games should have widescreen support at all.
