I heard from a friend that they cancelled Gc's Online connection for PSO! I haven't got a modem yet, but I'm getting one for christmas. But I don't want to get one if thee is no point in it. So what's the deal?

do you really think ST would cancel pso ng^3? c'mon man,... they still have the servers up for v2 to my knowlage..

a positive rumor i heard was nintendo was planning on re-starting manufacturing for the BBA and DUA because of the popularity of pso. Which is quite contrasting to your rumor.

yeah i heard they are re-releasing the adapters when they make their "big announcement" which no doubt will have something to do with mario-kart online and a few other nintendo exclusive online games...so your friend...is full of crap...oh and btw to anyone still wanting an adapter bba or modem...walmart is where to go:) i found mine here still had a couple and i bought one as soon as i could http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif...this means i too will get to experience the joy that is phantasy star online:)
