I feel for you man, 9* armor is expensive to make. Unfortunately that one is listed for sale at GRM shop in the future at somewhere around 30% element. We probably wont see it for months but just the same, there is no market for that. Think of it as a 22% Hardline. I have seen the prices drop on GRM armor for weeks (since Firebreak).
I usually turn one 9* out of a board (37%) at a cost of 1.4 mil + board. Because a 20% Ganna Line wont sell for 600k I am done with GRM. Still a good market for Yomei but a [B] is not worth a million and Sega wont give us Ortaresin so meh.

It's not in the GRM shop online in Japan. It probably won't be for a veeeeeeeery long time.
Nanoresin isn't super easy like it was in fire break, I've noticed armor prices going back up for 20%+ armors, even GRM stuff. I'd estimate their value around 2.3 mil.
