PLEASE HELP!!! I CAN'T GET ONLINE!!

I'm using Juno (paid service) but cant seem to get online.

Every time i try, it says i have the wrong user ID and password.

I've tried to use Dial Gaurd on my computer, but it doesn't display my true user ID and password.

Can someone who uses Juno (or knows how to) please tell me how to get online.

Hi! I wanted to reply to this because I've had the same problem! There IS a file, an ini or an inf, that has yer real password and in it! It should be in a "user0000" folder (or user0001, user0002,you get the point http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif;). The file is juno.ini. I just checked. I hoped this helped you, because, I've had the same problem, and it really stinks. Merry Christmas, bye!
