Just as a reminder, a new item called "De Ragan's Breath" has been released to several Item Shops (cost: 30 meseta). It is a trap type that anyone can use. When set off, it produces a short light show. You can lay down five of these traps at one time.

I haven't seen any sign of the Fireworks room decoration, which is a bit of a surprise.

Does it server any purpose at all? Distract enemies maybe? Or is it just a "Haha, we have your meseta now" from the NPC?

Besides being a good item to feed a Ranged PM, I haven't seen any use for it yet. It mostly just seems like a decorative item.

Well, just checked it out myself. Looks more like a deco item than an actual trap. You can have up to 30 on you rather than the usual 5 and it only costs 30 meseta.

You can drop a multiple of 5 at a time, it lasts only about 5 seconds and you can carry up to 30.

30 meseta for a 4 star trap? wow if you didn't have a ranged PM get one now...

wish they'd make something like that in a melee weapon...

I wouldn't say no to a fireworks saber, saber so ANY class can use it (and raises striking http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif) It's a 11* item, has negative 2000 atp, but makes pretty fireworks when you swing it!

Only 100 Meseta http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I think it should have more ATP than flouresent bulb http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif Getting hit in the face with fireworks has to hurt more than a glass tube lol. Or even better...dual fireworks sabers? lol Twice the annoying sound effects, twice the fun!

It seems to me that getting hit with EITHER in the face would suck. O.o

Is this item to be permanantly available? Or is it only around for the duration of this new event?

Boy do I feel sorry for those ranged PMs. Eating De Ragan's Breath traps must be like trying to eat coke and mentos.

With the added "bonus" of having breath just like De Ragan's. Yech!

... but being the pyromaniac I am, I'm probably going to buy 99 of these for my personal amusement.

It'll be around just for the duration of the event, so until September 14.
