does anybody know how to open the Club in the gaurdians colony in offline mode?

As far as I know yes... Can anyone else confirm this? I was away for about 4 months and missed stuff so I don't know 100%

Online, Club opens up during Famitsu cup, and stays open afterwards. Still nothing on the rent space though.

I think offline can only be hacked.
