because I tired to check drop list of new jao from any JP site, and no detail about it, I assume JP server don't have this update yet (?)

Well, I think they just recently got the lobby we used to have, since they got it for the actual period of "Obon". We got it for... something to do I guess? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif So they will probably get it later, before Halloween lobby, especially since it's still "summer" in Japan for a while!

They had a really long time of server down time an as compensation, JP extended that stuff they got.
