The ability to freeze time would be neat, especially if I'm not affected by the freeze, and can manipulate the things around me (i.e. I could still pick up a pencil and write, but I can't do things like microwave some popcorn, as it would involve the movement of time). It would be great for me, since I have anxiety about being late for things. I would just freeze time, and take my sweet ol' time getting to where I need to go.

Shape-shifting'd be neat, too. Nothing beats freezing time during a conversation, shape-shifting into another person, and unfreezing time. The other person in the conversation will shit themselves.

Exactly! If I was ever in danger I would just freeze time before a person punches me or a car hits me and then I'd walk behind the guy punching me and hit him in the back of the head and walk away and then unfreeze time. As for the car.. well i'd just break the driver side window and then I would beat the living shit out of the guys face, rip off the steering wheel, push the car off the road and aim it straight for a wall. Oh, and I would take a shit put a flower on his face so when I unfreeze time he'll be like, "WHERE THE F*** AM I! AND WTF IS THAT SMEL- *BAM!*"
