Ugh. So this is how the saga ends. After 88 runs and 3235 red robots killed, I end up never seeing a single one; fortunately I have good friends with an overabundance of good luck.

However, sad to say, during the 89th run earlier today I tried equipping a rifle... and the game froze. When I tried to log back in, the disk didn't work. And when I tried to repair the disk, my disk repairing fluid gave out.

Oh, and my keyboard broke too. Par for the course.


But enough with the negatives! As soon as I get back on, that board awaits me! Even if I never saw it myself, that doesn't matter, because at least... you know... that's what friends are for, eh?

Hm, what can I give Orius in return..? I'll have to think about this...

Maybe I can... VANDAPORN HIM!

Haha Vandaporn.Thats great.My buddy just started a guy and was complainin about how often sunflowers drop on parum so i went in his room when he wasnt on and put sunflowers in every spot.=) Anyways congrats on the bow.Just go buy a new disc.There cheap these days.

Yeah, but I'm gonna be buying AotI in a few months - why buy a new disk when a repair kit will cost me 10 bucks tops? It'll only have to last til what, November? December at the latest. That ain't so far away...

And yeah, I still can't believe it. The game broke before I could find my weapon. Someone mentioned that this is starting to remind him of Episode IV drop rates and I'm starting to agree with him... I mean, wtf? Over 3k and nothing?

I'm dead serious, I'm starting to think that there is some kind of hidden section ID nonsense in this game. It defies the laws of probability that I get none in the course of two weeks, and my buddies who are running the same mission gets 4. Unless it's because I was doing a specific map, but they said they found one on that map, too...

Ugh. Oh well. I won't worry about it any further. I'm done thinking about it. Maybe I'll sometimes casually look for a 10* crossbow, maybe I won't. I think this whole shitstorm has about cured me of running for S-ranks. Argh....

Ahhh don't feel bad....I've been with Deja countless times and never gotten a good item either...Hell I recently replaced my old comp and I still don't have any S ranks. Best I can say was that I was one of the people that got the Vivianne as a drap item in EP4 of BB all that in two years of the comp.....

my PSU disk "broke" once too but then i went to game crazy they fixed it (its was rather scratched to death becuz my Ps2 was failing and it decided to take the disk with it) cost 2 dollars
just to be safe i got a new ps2 (well used new ps2) and got a disk protector sheet and cliped that on there too it works great now =D no need to buy a new disk

I remember many 10* items being rare on the order of 1/1000 - and that's without looking for ingredients, and waiting for synth.

In a party with 6, rather than 4 people, MORE stuff sould drop, not less. This game seriously starves the players.

I just spent that 12 bucks on a refill for my disk repair kit. The SkipDR stuff works - but this time, I'm keeping track of how many times it can repair a disk before it goes bad.
