Awful lag

I have experienced awful lag this weekend and have never had any problems before. Has anyone else had the same problem?

I had horrendous lag also... I was disconnected about six times in four hours.
From what I've notice, there seems to be a secret lag lottery. And if you hit the jackpot, you're the one in the party that gets regularly disconnected by interrupt request errors.
