So I was wondering when a universe is full, well how many people is it, 1000, 5000, or more or less, just curious really.

I think when it's full it is 1000, but i could be wrong.

1 full star is 200 people. Five full stars (max) would be 1000 people.

Mm hm, I believe the last time I saw it full on our servers was the Friday the cap was raised to 90, but that was only for a split second. Lol, oh well, we still get three or four on a good night, and 600-800 people is pretty good in my book.
