I can't do literal translations, but here's basically what Hal was saying:
- Your character will transfer over
- Can change facial proportions
- More hair styles
- more clothes including classic PSO outfits

It doesn't seem that hard to figure out what they're talking about from context...
hint: if they're showing the character customization screen, it probably has something to do with character customization...
