I have spent well over 4 hours hunting St. Rappys in VH, I found 2 other rare animals, but no Rappys. ARGH.

Keep trying. All tolled, it took me about 20-24 hours to find my first one. So, four hours isn't so bad. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif it stinks lookin for him, I know. But you'll find him.
