where do i go to get my subscription?

There is no subscription plan for PSU on the 360. Just the monthly recurring charge.

No, it just means you don't have to pay for Live Gold. You have to pay for PSU either way.

No. Silver doesnt even let you play games. Just have friends and chat. You have to pay money every month

PSU is an exception to this. You just need a Silver account.

No, for games that require an extra monthly fee, you can have a silver account and just pay for the game's monthly fee. I've done it before so yeah >_> (of course, that means you lose all the online features of every other game)

Can i register PSU for the 360 using the computer or does it have to be through the 360? Im not sure if Play-sega works for the 360

It is done through the 360 dashboard. It's actually really quite easy. Until you want to cancel. In which case you have to call.
