Just curious to see how many people here have been playing since launch/got the game at launch and are currently playing. I got mine day 2 b/c of gamestop's shipping crap but I quit for 4 months. Now there's only 2 people I still know that have played since launch. So how many other launch vets are there out there?

I got PSU on release day, beat the single player campaign, played online for about a week, then quit due to lack of content. Got back online about 2 months ago and am addicted.

Got my copy at 6 somethin' PM and I've been playing for the entire time. I looked at my disc recently and wondered why it looked like it was all battered and scratched.. But I've been playing the game for literally a year since it came out.

Might be time for a new copy.. I'm no where in the ID#3001000 or less. I'm in the 7500s. I consider everyone at or below 3010000 to be the first generation. 20000ish is the second and so on.

Just how I categorize people.

I took a month and a half break around march due to redundancy, and it seems lately things have been getting a little redundant!
Although playing on my beast fortegunner spices things up every now and again.
I might switch over to Guntecher again on Fure to spice things up.

I've played at least each day just to chat sometimes - sometimes i just log in to chat with friends but usually i put about 4-6 hours a night and maybe 2 hours b4 work. I have ONE S rank weapon and NO rare units though...

Been playing since day 2 thanks to that shipping garbage. when the game showed up I waited outside the ebgames with a phillip K Dick book till the UPS drop came round. got the game about 2 hours before I had ta work talk about weak lol.

Quit for a few months as well before the S ranks I think I was tired of running deragan and had 2 maxed characters at the time.

Came back and was overjoyed to see a medley of new crap everywhere S2 missions S ranks actual money maker runs and being able to actually level up class and character levels pretty quickly.

Came back oddly enough just in time for firebreak so it was good even got A character I made as a joke in the begining become pretty cool. cmon who would take a huge green mohwaked character godzilla seriously? but now he's pretty fun just gotta levelem up then he can go full on protranser.

Glad I had relativly high level characters when I came back cause the flood gates opened while I was away.

No fair. I was online less than two weeks after launch and my ID is #20741.

By the time advanced classes were released the IDs were already up to almost 40k. That should be the "noob" cutoff.

Eh, been here since start, but not goin strong. Been like that for a long time. Got everything I want done in this game, I'm just waiting till expansion. Then maybe, there will be something else to do than just run "x mission" all the time.

I'm usually on, but majority of the time, my char is just sitting there afk. Majority on my partner card list are all gone just like back then in FFXI days lol. Too bad this game is not as shitty as that game so I wouldn't be quitting anytime soon.

I think we're one of the few that had played this regularly since launch and haven't gone hiatus once.

Despite how long we've played, my main is still only lvl 71. Exp grinding can get dull after a while...

My other "breaks" weren't because I disliked the gam or anything. Just I'm 26 and a lot of things come before games. Day 1 here too, X360. I had a dedicated group of friends I played with for the first month, then we got burned out on lack of content and we all took a break. I was the only one to return...

Returned with the holiday update and joined by brother-in-law's group of friends who needed a techer and we ran hardcore for a few months until slowly one by one real life issues forced three of them drop off the game.

I didn't realize how awesome it was to have a static team of people you genuinely trusted and liked until you're quitting random parties because of how annoying the people are or getting booted when a rare drops. Oh well!

I'm still loving the game and eagerly awaiting the expansion! Now if only all my soloing efforts would pay off with some darn rares... =P

To sum up Giga/Bullet it basiclly shaved off about 15% of the PP needed to fire bullets. But I believe it costs more PP to use PA arts. I ended up trading it for something I was looking for, for a LONG time. PM me if you wnt to know what caue sis may be watching and I dun want her to know xD

I do actually own the game since launch, but I play on and off. Right now, I'm having a hard time getting into it again due to a long break, probably not returning after this subscription ends until AoI is out.
The reason I take breaks is that I just can't find a steady group to play with, as everyone is either leveling up way faster than me or they leave the game.

I really hope AoI will add up the population again, because it's pretty depressing trying to find a steady group of friends to play this with.

ID: 2021, I didn't play the first day it came out cause Amazon wouldn't ship it for some weird reason so I just went to Gamestop and picked it up the second day and got it online. I used to play it quite a bit offline with story mode during the maintenance times but...now I just play online with a few people, never been crazy popular but that suits me just fine.
