MSN 8 ISP etc.

Hello all. I please need someone's help. When I try to login, it says-"Fail to authenticate(sp?), check your login id and/or password." It's something like this. Also known as Problem no. 12 or something like that. Could someone please help? I would appreciate it. Thanks. By the way, I'm using a modem.

From what I have seen on this forum, in order to login to your MSN account, you need to type "MSN/yourusernamehere" for your login.
