Well i finally got PSO and it seems like a great game thoughe there is a severe lack of players but i have no idea what the hell i'm doing thanks to this awful instruction book, all these stats, does the instruction book tell me what they are? no, does the book in fact tell me anything usefull about the game? no, oh well great game but they should really re-do the instruction book

I agree, the instruction book is sorely lacking in a few vital areas. PSOW is just the place to fills those gaps.... look around you should find just about everything you need.
Edit: don't spell to good when I feel sick.

The instruction booklet is 60 pages long, pso is a pretty complicated game
By the way, stats are listed on page 55, guess you didnt look hard enough

It's not so much that it's missing information, but I think it's poorly organized. There are like 30 pages in the beginning dealing with getting an online account and configuring your internet before you actually get to instructions on how to play the game.

i second that. the book is like one of those books where its like " now, instead of turning the page, go to bak 19 to finish reading about this topic" u know the ones im talkin about . lol

Wtf I dont find this game very difficult to understand, you dont even really need a booklet.

Getting online, however, may be difficult for some, which is probably why a lot of pages are spent on that topic. Not every person is a whiz with their Internet connection. If a little kid is playing and all their parents know is how to hook up AOL, they need a lot of handholding (including known that only PPP connections are supported)
