I've never even seen one in a shop.

I'm on the 360 version.

I'm pretty sure it drops from lvl 80~99 rare monster Darbelans. You can find them in the 2 Hive missions and Tunnel Recovery.

Meaning, you're not going to see a lot of those, or any even, unless you hunt for them.

I saw one of these units in a shop the other day and kinda wanted it, it looks like the most useful PP save unit since it doesn't increase PP use on anything else, but rather take away 30 TP (not a lot)
